PakFinds (pakfinds.shop) takes your privacy seriously. This page explains what we collect, why we need it, who sees it and what control you have over it.

Details you share with us:

  • Your name, phone number and delivery address when you order.
  • Your email and password if you open an account.
  • What you ordered and the order amount.
  • Messages you send through WhatsApp, email or our contact page, and any review you write.

Details gathered as you browse:

  • Device and browser information such as browser type, operating system and IP address.
  • How you move around the site – pages opened, products viewed, items added to the cart and orders placed.
  • Cookies and similar tools (explained in section 4).

2. Why We Use It

  • To process, confirm and deliver your order, including the confirmation call.
  • To help you with questions, replacements and refunds.
  • To send order and delivery updates – and offers only if you have agreed to them.
  • To see how the website is used and make it better.
  • To check how well our advertising works.
  • To stop fraud and fake orders, and to follow the law in Pakistan.

3. Who Sees It

We never sell or rent out your personal details. We only pass on what is needed to:

  • Courier companies – your name, phone number and address so they can deliver and collect the payment.
  • Service providers – for example our web hosting and messaging tools.
  • Advertising and analytics platforms – such as Meta, TikTok and Google, if and when we use their tools (see section 4).
  • Authorities – only where the law, a court or a government body requires it.

4. Cookies And Advertising Tools

Cookies keep items in your cart and remember your choices. We may also use advertising and measurement tools from Meta, TikTok or Google. These tools note things like the pages you view, items you add to the cart and orders you place, so we can measure our ads and show them to people who may find them useful.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser, and control personalised ads in your Meta, TikTok and Google ad settings. Some features, like the cart, may not work properly without cookies.

5. How Long We Keep It

Order records are kept for as long as needed to deliver and support your order and to meet legal duties – normally for at least one year. You may ask us to remove your account details at any time.

6. Keeping It Safe

We take sensible steps to protect your details against misuse, loss or unauthorised access. Since every order is Cash on Delivery, we never ask for card or bank details on this website.

7. Your Rights

  • Ask for a copy of the personal details we hold about you.
  • Ask us to fix or delete your details.
  • Tell us at any time to stop sending you offers.

8. Children

This website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
