Delivery Policy

PakFinds sends orders to every part of Pakistan, and you pay in cash when the parcel reaches you. Here is how delivery works.

What Delivery Costs

Nothing extra. Delivery is free on every order, wherever you are in Pakistan, so the price on the product page is the full amount you hand to the rider.

Confirming Your Order

Once you place an order, someone from our team calls the number you gave to check the order and the address. If we are unable to reach you, the order may be put on hold or cancelled.

When It Will Reach You

• Confirmed orders normally leave our office within 1–2 working days.
• Most parcels arrive within 2–7 working days of confirmation. Distant areas can need a little more time.
• Busy courier periods, bad weather and public holidays can slow things down, so these timings are a guide rather than a promise.

Paying At Your Door

Hand the amount to the rider in cash when the parcel arrives. Have a look first to make sure the packet is sealed and undamaged – if it seems opened or broken, do not accept it and let us know so we can send another.

Following Your Parcel

Enter your order number and phone number on the Track Order page, or send us a message on WhatsApp at 0345 6789997.

Getting The Address Right

Please share a full address – house number, street, area and city – along with a phone number that stays on. Delays or returns caused by a missing or wrong address are outside our control.
